Text /hyperlinks to an external web page.
Images, which may behave like action controls.
Action controls : links, buttons or images that perform a certain action or series of actions.
Property controls, that control the values of selected properties using drop-down lists, list boxes or sliders etc. with predefined values.
Filters
Dynamic items (small "visualizations")like sparklines, calculated values, icons and bullet graphs.
